How Do We Abide By Compliance Protocol To Ensure Your Rules Are Our Standard Booking Rules?

We use tools to run background checks for our guests, acquire copies of their IDs, and vet them before and after a booking is made at your property.

We operate through Insurance policies that give them the protection they need to safely and surely cover anything that happens at the property in the case of an event.

We reserve the right to process any cancellations if any information is inaccurate or a red flag.

Our managers are available in person to handle any questions and concerns for our clients and guests at properties.

We use security systems to monitor the activity happening at the property to ensure everything is by your standards.

Our cleaning team checks on the property and follows our standard procedures of ensuring the property is held to the highest standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Our House Rules For Guests

*No parties or events are allowed.

*Please don't park in the garage. The driveway is free for parking.

*No Shoes in the house

*No smoking is allowed in the house

*No pets allowed.

*No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight

*Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

*Please respect the noise curfew. 10pm - 7am

*Please turn off the AC when you go out.

*Please respect check-in and check-out times.

*Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages if there are any.

*Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

*Please do your dishes before you leave.

*Please take the trash out before you leave.

*No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

*Please put back all the board games into their specific boxes.

*Please don't take the pieces in the board games for the next family.

Why should I list my property with YPR Solutions?

YPR Solutions is a leading provider of temporary housing for displaced homeowners. We work directly with the top insurance carriers across the U.S. to secure housing for those in need. As a landlord, partnering with YPR gives you an opportunity to support families across your community, increase occupancy and generate more revenue from your rental property.  We work directly with insurance adjusters on extensions and move out confirmations.

How do I register a property with YPR Solutions and what happens after my property has been submitted?

Register your property at https://yprsolutions.com/register-housing/ or click on any "Submit Your Property" link on this page. Next look for a confirmation email letting you know we have successfully received your property information.

Is there specific criteria for me to be accepted as a YPR Solutions provider?

Once we are aware of a need for accommodations in your area that meet the policyholder’s temporary housing criteria (location and size are typically most important), someone on our team will reach out to confirm immediate availability and to discuss next steps. We are looking for all sizes and types of unfurnished and furnished properties.

Can I add photos when I submit a temporary housing property to rent?

We do not accept photo files for property submissions at this time; however, you can include your property website (or another real estate site link) along with your submission so we are able to review photos and other details for your property.

How do I update or make changes to information about my registered property (contact info, pricing, availability)?

To make updates to your property listing and availability, simply resubmit the registration form, and your information will be updated. We will refer to the most recent submission in our database.

What is the demand for temporary housing in my area?

We are not able to predict where, or when, a policyholder loss will occur. YPR Solutions provides temporary housing across the U.S, so when a need arises in your area for a property that matches your listing, someone from our team will be in touch.

Can you help determine a fair monthly price for my property?

We are unable to provide current rental valuation information.

Does it matter if my property is furnished or unfurnished?

YPR Solutions accepts both furnished and unfurnished properties. If your property is unfurnished, and the policyholder requests furnishings, we are able to easily accommodate their needs by utilizing our partnerships with furniture rental companies at no expense to you.

Do I need to verify the policyholder's qualifications on my own (i.e. background check, financial info, etc.) and create my own contract?

As a landlord, we encourage you to follow the same process for vetting a tenant as you normally would, including any verification of income and background. While YPR manages the process, the contract for the rental property is between the landlord and policyholder/tenant. Consider including terms in your contract regarding deposits (pets, damage, etc.) as well as information on utilities and repairs.

Will I be charged by YPR Solutions for this service?

We operate on a "Pay for Success" model ensuring landlords only pay once we have successfully secured a tenant for their property and a lease is signed.
